Order Confirmation

Order Cancellation
Request to cancel orders will not be entertained once orders are mailed.

Orders are processed within 1 business day and shipped via Singapore Post normal mail.

Dot Design reserves the right to determine what constitutes a defective product. Replacement of products will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Dot Design and subject to stock availability and may not be immediate.

Defective and/ or incorrect-sized products may only be exchanged for the same design, If stock is unavailable.

Dot Design reserves the right to refuse exchange of products when it is apparent that the above has not been practiced.

All discounted items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
