Dot Design has a range of drainage covers to cover your whole house's drainage outlets. This range of drainage covers consist of sink strainers (2.5” & 3.5”）, basin strainer and floor trap. They cover holes from 1.5” to 4.5“ in diameter. You should be able to find a suitable size for your purpose.
