Product Pricing The prices stated in the website are quoted in Singapore currency (SGD). Dot Design reserves the right to change the prices at any time without prior notice. Order Confirmation All purchases submitted are not binding on Dot Design till you receive a confirmation email from us. The confirmation email will be sent to you within 1 business day upon receipt of your order. Dot Design reserves the right to accept or reject any order. Order Cancellation Request to cancel orders will not be entertained once orders are mailed. Shipping Orders are processed within 1 business day and shipped via Singapore Post normal mail. Disclaimer While Dot Design puts in the best efforts to render as accurate and exact as possible any information relating to the products, technical, factual and/ or printing inaccuracies, errors or omissions may inadvertently occur. Dot Design reserves the right to make changes and corrections to these erroneous information whenever necessary without prior notice. Exchange Policy If there are manufacturing defects in the products or for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with a prompt exchange. Dot Design reserves the right to determine what constitutes a defective product. Replacement of products will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Dot Design and subject to stock availability and may not be immediate. Defective and/ or incorrect-sized products may only be exchanged for the same design, If stock is unavailable. Dot Design reserves the right to refuse exchange of products when it is apparent that the above has not been practiced. All discounted items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
