	Introduction Laksa is considered to be a big dish in Singapore street foods. It is a very time consuming dish. I have breaked down the cooking in two main parts, preparation of chilli paste and the Laksa broth. My suggestion is to do the preparation in one day and cooking the Laksa broth in another. For equipments, it is good to have a blender， stone mortar or equivalent. First of all, try to make the <a href="https://dotdesign.com.sg/ebook_viewer2.php?directory=hofamily&portalpagename=Hot_chilli&webpagefile=Hot_chilli.txt" target="_blank"><font color=blue>hot chili paste</font></a>. As this hot chilli is the chili for the chicken rice and it is easily achieved. Next, proceed to make the chilli rendang. The rendang paste has more ingredients and cooking time is much longer. Usually is 45 minutes and above depends on the quantity. After a few rounds for the chilli paste, you will then familiar with the ingredients, process, and timings. Then, you can try the ultimate Laksa dish. For your information, I have tried over 10 times before I can cook the Laksa correctly.

	Blending chili After prepared all the chili paste ingredients, blend all of them together in a blender. Remember to add water if it not moving.
